Return Policy
Any ELECTRONIC return will be handled with no exception according to our
“Electronics Return Policy”.
i.e.
Any Electonics return will be awarded or dismissed based on our analysis of the
product being returned. Hamilton Electronics reserves the right to thoroughly
inspect any electronics item being returned for up to and not to exceed two weeks.
After which time the inspection results will determine the acceptance or denial of
the return authorization. We will not accept or abide by any other entities ruling
on the damage or alteration of the product. This policy is necessary to prevent the
theft of parts, exchange of parts or altering of electronics units. Accepting the return
of the package in no way obligates Hamilton gaming to refund or replace the unit.
No agreement made before we accept the unit as returned undamaged in writing
will be honored. No communication of any kind will be considered binding until
you receive an RA# from Hamilton Gaming signed by a ranking officer of the
Company.
In many cases you may receive an expedited RA# or (ERA#) where the company
finds that we are in grave error. We will utilize expedited shipping at our expense in
these cases at Hamilton Gaming’s expense and every effort made to satisfy the
obligation. This (ERA#) WILL NOT be assumed but awarded by the company and
can not and WILL NOT be awarded by any other entity financial or otherwiseShipping Policy
Any unit ordered will be shipped with in 5 business days of the acceptance of funds.
Shipping costs are listed with the product or otherwise indicated by the "Shopping Cart"
information. There is no free shipping unless indicated in writing.
Defects
Any parts found to be or agreed to be defective will be replaced by Hamilton Gaming but
at the timeline set by the part manufacturer. A call tag may be issued by Hamilton Gaming
to pick-up for repair if found necessary by Hamilton Gaming.
Damage
ANY shipping damage and all fund issues related to shipped merchandise WILL be handled
by the carrier. There are NO allowences for this. Settlements both Monetary and otherwise
are subject to the timeline set by the shipper.
ANY violation of this policy can and may result in the un-repaired return of the unit, repair at
manufacturer's discretion or replacement of an equal unit or that of a unit representing the
prorated value of losses incurred by the manufacturer.
Unit Tampering
Units included and imbedded open case alarm. Any tampering with the unit or opening
of the case to alter or change functionality of the unit without express written consent
from Hamilton Gaming and Hamilton Electronics can result in the immediate voiding of your
warranty. If this occurs you may receive a letter or e-mail from Hamilton Electronics
instructing you as to how you may be further assisted by Hamilton Gaming. In this event
any further parts will be purchased at the expense of the customer. Any work completed
will be done at a shop rate of $50 per hour.
Stolen or destroyed Items
Any item stolen or destroyed while outside the posession of Hamilton Electronics will be
subject to the timeline of the responsible party. If the item is destroyed or stolen while in the
posession of the shipper there will be no substitutions or reimbursments before every attempt
is exhausted with the shipper REGARDLESS OF TIMELINE to rectify the loss.Once the matter is
settled with the shipper there may be a period of up to two weeks to order and replace the unit.
The decision to replace or reimburse is NOT the customers. It is based on the loss incurred by
Hamilton Electronics in settling with the shipper. If the loss exceeds the replacement value of the
item, the customer may be offered credit to be applied on our website.
